EDITOR'S LETTER
After sifting through thousands and thousands of entries, it's time to reveal our 2009 Baby of the Year.
As you can imagine, competition was fierce and choosing five finalists was an agonising decision for the Parents editorial team.
Hence our decision to include pictures of the 100 runners-up in our October/November issue. They were just too cute not to publish.
Also in this issue you'll find low-cost party ideas; summer's sweetest party dresses plus allergy-free party food recipes by Rowena Dillon of Rowie's Cakes.
Don't miss our reports on the developmental benefits of imaginative play and brain-boosting fish recipes for the whole family.
Meanwhile, we're busy working on our December/January issue which will reveal the coolest Christmas gifts for kids of all ages and the 50 best children's books ever. It will be another must-read.
Till then,
Jody Scott, Editor
